Top Hat Ballroom has been teaching competition and social ballroom since 1992. This dance studio offers private and group classes as well as special wedding and cotillion instruction.

Dr. Charles Zwerling is the owner, a former competitive professional, and current pro-am teacher. Dr. Zwerling is certified instructor in all styles of ballroom as a licentiate member of the North American Dance Teacher Association. He is also co-editor of DanceWeek and member delegate of the NDCA Board of Governors. He was the 2022 winner of the prestigious John Monte Award presented by American Ballroom Company at the United States Dance Championships.
Carl and Joy Williams teach private and group lessons. They were trained and certified by Ms. Patti Troy. As former Shag champions and winners of many Pro_am competitions, they offer both competitive experience as well as social dance training.
Marty and Jo Ann Barbour teach private and group lessons. They were trained and certified by Ms. Patti Troy. As former Pro_am competitors and teachers they offer both competitive experience as well as social dance training. They also specialize in junior dance training.
